Hey there!

I can’t believe I went from posting every day in October to posting nothing in November. I mean, I knew it’d be a busy month, but I had no idea just how busy. I was super lucky and got a job at the beginning of the month, so I’ve been getting used to it and haven’t quite found a work-life balance yet but I’m getting there. I hope I’ll have the hang of it soon and will be able to go back to the usual posting schedule.

Because I’ve been so overwhelmed with work, I didn’t have the best reading month. I did pick up some amazing books that have been on my TBR for a while though, and a few short stories as well.

(seeing this post, all alone in this category, makes me so sad 😔)

Random favorites:

I had a few favorites that were not book-related, but I still wanted to mention them, so here we go:

Folklore (Taylor Swift album) - Wikipedia

folklore: the long pond studio sessions. It has the perfect cozy vibes, and the stripped down version of the songs are so good! I’ve been listening to them non-stop. Also, I’ve always loved learning how artists come up with their work, so this was very interesting and enlightning on Taylor’s process. Considering folklore has become my all-time favorite Taylor album, I was over the moon to get the chance to see her playing it.

9 Things You Never Knew About the TV Series “Bones” | by Brian Boone | Medium

bones: one of my favorite tv shows, I used to watch this regularly and then, for some reason I can’t remember, I never got to the last couple of seasons. Well, I got to them now, and I’m so happy I did! The characters are fantastic and I loved finally seeing how their story ended. This is definitely a comfort show, despite all the decomposing bodies we constantly see 😂

Favorite posts:

That’s it for my November wrap up. It’s always such a chaotic month for me, and I’m so glad it’s finally over. December is one of my favorite times of the year, and I can’t wait to start sharing some end-of-the-year content with you.

What is the best thing that happened to you in November?

Until next time,
