my thoughts:
This book was such a joy to read!
I’m not usually a big romance fan, but this series was getting so much hype that I decided to pick it up and Talia Hibbert did not disappoint. However, despite liking the first 2 books, this one was definitely my favorite.
Eve is such a sweetheart and I loved getting to see her perspective on things. Even though we’re not very similar, I could relate so much to her self-doubt and uncertainty about the future. As always, her relationship with her family, and especially with her sisters, was adorable and so heart-warming.

Jacob was a dream to read about. I loved his relationship with Eve, of course, but also with his friends and his aunt. He was so funny, even without trying, and had me laughing quite often with his reactions. I’m not autistic, and can’t say how well it is portrayed here, so you should definitely check out some own-voices reviews.
Now for the actual romance: I actually really enjoyed reading about it! Eve and Jacob had such great chemistry, and their interactions felt very natural. As usual, the more graphic scenes were a bit harder to read and I’m not sure how much I can believe that they fell head-over-heels in love in just 2 weeks, but it was such a fluffy and light-hearted story that I can’t help but love it.
Overall a great read, with loveable characters and a light & funny plot that keeps things going while giving you room to get to know the characters.
Who is your favorite Brown sister?
Until next time,

I loved this book, too! I was between Chloe and Eve for my favorite sister, but I think it’s going to be Eve. I could definitely relate to her the most and reading about her and Jacob was so much fun.
