Another month has passed, and even though March is usually my favorite month of the year (it’s my birthday!) the broken foot has kept me from really enjoying and appreciating it this year. In fact, most of my time was spent sitting on the couch with my foot up. Not my idea of a great time, but I made it work.

THE PRINCESS SAVES HERSELF IN THIS ONE by Amanda Lovelace (5 stars)
RESTORE ME by Tahereh Mafi (4 stars)
I read a lot of great books. Some of that sitting downtime was dedicated to catching up on my Goodreads challenge and I made it! I’m planning on writing reviews for (some of) them, but if you’d like to see a review on any specific one let me know.
Most of my couch time was used to watch movies and tv shows. I don’t usually watch as much on a regular basis (classes, work, writing, other creative endeavors) but I was super bored and couldn’t do much else anyway. I still have at least another month of sitting down time though, any recommendations?
Notebook + my trusty black gel pen + yoga mat + jean jacket + apple watch
I’m trying to spend as little as possible and the fact that it’s really hard to go to the mall now has helped with that. The Apple Watch was my birthday gift, so I didn’t actually buy it, but I thought I’d include it here since I got it in March.
Netflix: I’ve never been more grateful for this streaming platform, or ever appreciated it as much. I honestly have no idea what I’d have done this month without Netflix. It’s so nice and convenient, and helped me get through some pretty boring days/weeks. Also, great content! But I bet you already knew all about that.
That’s it for March. I was bored and in pain, unable to move around much and my anxiety was acting up in consequence. I’m better now (anxiety wise, at least) and can’t wait to see what April brings me!
Until next time,
